How do I get started with OmniLoyal Agency?
Email us at info@innvocs.com and our team will set up your agency code, your first operator account, and walk you through onboarding. Most agencies are running their first member-onboarding flow within a day.
Can OmniLoyal run multiple brands or programs?
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant by design. Each agency operates an isolated workspace with its own members, rules, partners, branding, and reports. Data does not cross workspace boundaries — every API key, every report, and every notification is scoped to a single agency.
How does the public REST API work?
You issue per-key API credentials with explicit scopes (members:register, ledger:view, points:earn, coupons:validate, vouchers:issue, etc.). Endpoints are idempotent, request logs are retained, and rate-limit headers (X-Transaction-Limit, X-Transaction-Remaining, X-Transaction-Period) accompany every response. A test console inside the portal lets you fire requests against your real data without leaving the browser.
Can I bring my own email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push providers?
Yes. Email through SMTP, Amazon SES, or Mailgun. SMS through Twilio or AWS SNS. WhatsApp through Twilio or Meta Cloud API. Push through FCM or APNs. Sender verification and template activation are built in — only verified senders with approved templates can send.
How does white-label branding work?
Your logo, theme colors, fonts, and image gallery apply across the agency portal, the public member-facing website, and the member self-service portal. Custom domains are supported. Members see your brand, not ours.
How are partner settlements handled?
Each partner has dated earn and burn ratios (versioned with a rate history), exclusion rules to prevent self-redemption loops, and settlement batches that roll up activity into pool balances and partner-side compensation documents on the cadence you choose. Anti-fraud signals on partner offers (bulk codes, POS / branch restrictions) are built in.
Is the points ledger auditable?
Every points event — earn, redeem, bonus, void, refund, expire, adjust — is logged with timestamps, the operator (or rule, or API caller) that triggered it, and an immutable history. Forecasts for upcoming activations and expiries plus integrity checks on the ledger help finance teams reconcile without surprises.
Does the platform support multi-currency?
Yes — with per-currency decimal handling. USD and most currencies use 2 decimals, OMR / BHD / KWD use 3, JPY uses 0. Earn and redeem rates are configurable per currency, with optional per-tier overrides.
How is member data secured?
All sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. API keys are scoped to specific operations and can be revoked instantly. Operator activity is audit-logged. Custom member fields let you collect only what your program and compliance team allow — no more.
Can I migrate from another loyalty platform?
Yes. Bulk operations support member imports, point ledger imports, and CSV-driven adjustments — all with full audit trail. Our team helps you map your existing schema to the platform during onboarding.
Do you offer language and locale support?
The agency portal is in English today. Notification templates support per-locale variants — you can send a welcome email in English, Arabic, or any locale your members prefer. Currency and number formatting follow each member's configured locale.
